A few days before an employee’s birthday, their name and address are automatically sent to Print.one.
This way, the card is personalised, sent on time, and lands on their doorstep right when it matters.
The subscription includes a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee for connecting to your HR system.
You also pay per card sent. The more cards you send, the better the rate we can offer.

Absolutely! We only use personal data for generating and sending the card.
Depending on your preferences, all data is automatically deleted from our systems after 90 days, or earlier if you prefer.

No, we do not have access to your HR system.
If you’re using a platform like AFAS, for example, you decide exactly which data is sent to Print.one.
We only receive the information you choose to share.

Most likely, yes. Almost any system or platform that can send an API call (or use webhooks) can be easily integrated with Print.one.

Our most popular choice for birthday cards is the premium square folded greeting card, delivered in a white envelope with a round window.
We also offer postcards without envelopes in A5, A6 and square (15 x 15 cm) formats.
Once an employee leaves your organisation, they’ll no longer receive cards.
